Drop off / Remote

Drop off your documents at our office or upload them through our secure Client Portal. Returns are prepared in the order received and reviewed carefully with you before e-filing.
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days or less.
You’ll receive a digital copy with payment to your portal along with clear instructions for review and approval before eFiling.

Meet one-on-one with Gina while your return is prepared and eFiled (if applicable)
Appointments are reserved for returns that require same-day preparation or special circumstances.

Mail-In
Mail copies of your tax documents to our secure P.O. Box and we’ll add you to our drop-off queue.
This option has the longest turnaround time (typically two weeks or more) and requires mailing documents back and forth for review, signature, and e-file authorization. Return postage is an additional charge.

As a client, you’ll have access to a secure, password-protected portal where you can safely upload, store and access your tax documents anytime, from anywhere
Using the portal allows us to work efficiently together by securely exchanging documents and completing tax returns. Each year, a digital copy of your finished return will be stored in your portal for future reference.
